Montreal, February 26, 2026 – JetScale AI, a Montreal-based startup specializing in cloud infrastructure optimization, announces an oversubscribed $5.4M seed round to accelerate its growth across North America and Europe.

Cycle Momentum is co-investing through Origo, its investment matching program, alongside The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), Diagram ClimateTech Fund, Telegraph Ventures, Fondaction, and Spring Impact Capital.

Founded by Mehdi Merai and Gabriel De Lisi, JetScale AI helps organizations quickly optimize the cost and energy efficiency of their cloud infrastructures. Its AI-powered platform delivers diagnostics and corrective actions in minutes, replacing traditional processes that previously took weeks, generating direct savings and reducing environmental impact.

“The rapid adoption of our solution by early customers, combined with this oversubscribed funding round, confirms the relevance of our vision. We are now ready to accelerate innovation, strengthen our teams, and expand our reach,” said Mehdi Merai, CEO of JetScale AI.

“JetScale AI addresses a critical need of modern businesses for efficient cloud computing. It reduces idle capacity in cloud infrastructure, and in doing so delivers savings on costs, energy and carbon emissions from AI computing. We are proud to support them in their ambition to build a Canadian cloud optimization champion,” added Jennifer McDonald, Senior Vice President of Investments, Cycle Momentum.
